We endeavour to protect the privacy and confidentiality of our brands. For this reason, we cannot authorise face to face meetings or visits to our warehouse. We are still more than happy to connect with you and assist with any queries you may have. It is our pleasure to assist you and for this reason, we ask that you follow the contact us portals on our website so we can direct you to the correct point of contact.

We operate on an e-commerce basis only, meaning that all of our processes are facilitated online so we can keep prices low for you. Although we do have a physical warehouse, this works to facilitate many product orders for different brands at the same time, therefore to protect the privacy of our clients, we are unable to allow warehouse visits.

We operate from our head office in Sydney, Australia.

We have no limitation on our product capabilities and are accustomed to producing 5,000+ products per day.

If your product arrives damaged, please send photos to admin@lashmanufactureraustralia.com.au within 24 hours of your package’s arrival and we will guide you through the next steps

Unfortunately, due to our packaging requirements, we do not offer dropshipping

All of our bulk products are custom made and privately labelled, for this reason, once payment has been made, we cannot cancel your order or process any refunds. We also do not process refunds on samples or on change of mind.

We will help you design your labels. However, you can also hire a designer if you would like it very specific. We have two options: OPTION 1 - WE WILL DESIGN A LABEL FOR YOU You will be able to upload your logo and we will do 3 designs that you can choose from. If you would like your label detailed and specific you can choose option 2 and hire a graphic designer. OPTION 2 - HIRE A DESIGNER If your budget allows for it, you can hire a graphic designer, you can email us at admin@lashmanufacturer.com.au for a recommendation. All you will need is the wording, colour codes and inspiration label designs and your designer will transform it for you. All those details will be on the product page. Keep in mind that ingredients and any cautions must remain the same.

All labels must include: A full list of ingredients - If you are using our custom label, this must remain the same A caution statement reading, Store in a cool, dry place. Caution, for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Directions of use - These can be found on the product page of your chosen product. If you want to change any directions, please let us know and we can amend if aplicable.

Our pricing includes the product, the packaging, the label printing and GST. Freight is not included in our pricing but we are happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding these costs.

No, we aim to be upfront about our pricing on our pages. At the checkout, the amount you will pay includes the product cost, label cost, GST and domestic freight (varies on all orders under $200. Flat rate of $15 for all orders over $200).

No, our products don’t include boxes. However, if you would like this option email us at admin@lashmanufactureraustralia.com.au and we will see what we can do.

No, we only supply samples for prospective brands to sample, not for brands to sell/provide to their customers.

We will never reveal your identity or pass on your details to a third party. All of our staff are made to sign confidentiality agreements meaning your identity is protected.

Due to confidentiality, we cannot disclose any of our brands.

No, we do not offer modifications to our products but are always happy to receive your suggestions and feedback. In some scenarios, we may be able to sort something out for you. Always feel free to email us with any questions at admin@lashmanufactureraustralia.com.au

We recommend that you source product and public liability insurance to ensure that your products and brand are protected against unforeseen circumstances.

We also do not process refunds on samples or on change of mind. Due to Processing, Custom orders & Private Labelling we cannot Cancel Any orders once they are placed. Lash Manufacturer Australia requires you to purchase samples of each product before your bulk purchase as all sales are final after order placed. If we do decide to process a refund before we have started your order, this will incur a 5% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. This 5% fee is raised to 10% if the purchase was made using Afterpay or ZipPay. We have a limited return policy as we are unable to restock Branded returned used goods and have to absorb the cost. Please review our policy in full and then reach out to us by email at admin@lashmanufactureraustralia.com.au to discuss the reason you are unsatisfied. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please send us an image to admin@lashmanufactureraustralia.com.au within 24 hours of its arrival and we will provide you with the next steps on how to receive a store credit.

The shelf life of our products ranges from 6-18 months from the date of purchase, depending on the nature of the product. Please check the product page info or the label of each product to see its exact shelf life.

Yes, we have done everything in our power to ensure that our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We ensure that our products are not tested on animals and the materials sourced are vegan.

We can provide the information that you need so you can create your own Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) if you require so to send products overseas. An MSDS is a requirement to send products to some countries. Note: We do not help complete any other paperwork or documentation that may be required to export your products globally. Please ensure you understand this before reaching out for an MSDS.

We operate from 9-5, Monday - Friday and are only closed during the week for Australian and Sydney public holidays. Send us a DM at any time and we aim to respond within 12 hours.
